A weekend away in old Florida dedicated to health & wellness, strength, education, and adventure. We stayed in a beautiful, lakefront home, did workouts on the lawn each morning, enjoyed clean & practical, home-cooked meals, each received 50 minute facials, connected with our teammates, visited a local farmer's market, and experienced the fun & relaxation of lake life.
